Little crunchy bacon & eggs


  • 12 slices of bacon

  • 8 eggs

  • 125 ml grated cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper from the mill


Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.

Butter a muffin tin. Put the eggs in a bowl and add the cheese and the salt and pepper. Mix well with a fork.

Pre-cook the bacon for a few minutes so they will be crispy when the eggs are cooked. Wrap the bacon pieces all around the muffin cups.

Pour the egg and cheese mixture into the center of the bacon pieces.

Bake for about 30 minutes and serve directly.
