Ingredients • 2 green apples • 2 glasses of coconut water (health food stores and even supermarkets) • 2 kiwis • few ice cubes
Preparation Peel the kiwis, then cut it into quarters. Wash the apples and cut them it into quarters. Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix until you get a homogeneous texture. Add the ice cubes only when the mixture is ready and served. If you want to sweeten this smoothie more, add a little honey.
