Christian is the owner of several “bistronomic” restaurants in Paris which excel in French cuisine from the South West and in Rungis under the “La Cantine du Troquet” brand.

Its restaurants have a spirit based on three pillars: good food, kindness and friendliness. "I like to offer all kinds of à la carte products, because I like to cook according to the inspiration of the moment. The idea is to highlight the product, like a beautiful piece of beef or sea bass, ”he says.
