Buckwheat choco cookies



Ingredients

  • 125 g butter

  • 60 g brown sugar

  • 20 g egg yolk

  • 125 g buckwheat flour

  • 6 g of baking powder

  • 85 g of chocolate chips

  • 85 g pecan nuts


Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.

Mix the tempered, soft butter and the brown sugar. Add the egg yolks and once the mixture is homogeneous, incorporate the sifted flour and baking powder. Add the chocolate chips and crushed pecans. Make small 30 gram balls of dough. Bake them for 20 minutes.
