These crisp, oven-baked seed crackers are packed with nutrient-dense ingredients like flax, pumpkin, sunflower, and hemp seeds.

Ingredients:
100 g flaxseeds
100 g ground flaxseeds
100 g pumpkin seeds
100 g sunflower seeds
100 g white sesame seeds
100 g hemp seeds
100 g poppy seeds
½ tsp fine sea salt
250 ml boiling water
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Pour the boiling water over and stir with a spoon until fully absorbed and there are no dry seeds left.
Spread the seed mixture evenly onto a large baking tray lined with parchment paper. Flatten it as much as possible using the back of a spoon or a spatula, spreading it into the corners and ensuring an even thickness throughout.
Bake in the center of the oven for 20 minutes, until firm and golden brown.
Remove from the oven, carefully peel off the parchment paper, flip the crust, and slide it back into the oven. Bake for another 20 minutes, or until evenly golden and crisp.
Cool on the tray for about 15 minutes to let the crackers crisp up fully, then break into pieces.
Optional: Sprinkle extra sunflower seeds on top and gently press them into the surface with the spatula.
Tip: Add flavor to your crackers by mixing in spices like cumin seeds or paprika powder with the dough.
