Salty seed crackers

Ingredients • 50 g sunflower seeds • 50 g pumpkin seeds • 25 g chia seeds • 50 g sesame seeds • 100 g oatmeal • 1/2 tsp sea salt • 1/2 tsp honey • 1.5 tbsp coconut oil • 175ml water

Preparation Preheat the oven to 175 °. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Put all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix the water with the honey and coconut oil in another bowl and add this liquid to the seeds and mix to obtain a homogeneous and thick preparation. Distribute the preparation on the baking tray and level it by flattening the mixture to a thickness of about 1/2 cm. Cut rectangles in the dough and bake the baking sheet for 20 minutes. Take the baking tray out of the oven, turn the crackers over, remove the layer of parchment paper and bake for another 20 minutes to brown the back of the crackers. Once they are golden and compact, take them out of the oven. Let cool before cutting them along the marks you made before cooking.
