• 1 good quality bûchette of goat cheese
• 12 small slices of bread
• 20 cherry tomatoes
• 1 bag of mixed salad
• 4 c. liquid honey
• some basil leaves
• 3 tbsp. of olive oil
• 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
• Coarse sea salt, freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
Cut the roll of goat cheese into slices and place them on the toasts.
Pour over some honey and add salt and pepper.
Place them in the oven until they are golden brown and keep them apart.
Wash and dry the salad and tomatoes.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in two and divide in the plates. Add salt, pepper and sprinkle some
olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Place the lukewarm goat cheese toasts on the salads and enjoy without waiting!
TIP! To make the salad a bit fuller, you can add some cooked green beans.
